Throughout the ground floor there is a neutral palette, while pops of colour and contemporary artwork add a splash of personality. The master bedroom has French doors leading out to the gardens, and an en-suite with twin basins and walk-in shower. Bedroom two, with en-suite shower room, also allows you direct access to the garden. The third bedroom features an en-suite shower room, while the fourth sits next door to a shower room and utility/laundry room.   Outside, Caspian has a mix of off-street and on-street parking at the front, rear and side, as well as three fantastic spaces to shoot. At the front of the house, surrounded by tall verbena, there’s the allure of a relaxed seating and dining area, while to the rear, facing the shore, a Mediterranean-style garden with tamarisk and olive trees forms a peaceful reading zone. You’ll also have the luxury of your own casual dining area, which leads straight onto the shingle beach beyond. And, from the first floor, you can step out to the living area’s large terrace with comfortable seating and dining chairs.   Effortlessly cool but warmly welcoming, it’s the ideal coastal shoot location.
